What We Do

We make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Our worldwide motto is 'In Service to Others'. Our members are united in their support of all public safety persons and their families. We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization active in numerous charitable causes and fundraising efforts for individuals, families, causes, and organizations. We also ride our motorcycles to relax and have fun.

We have a growing worldwide presence, currently operating in 2-dozen countries, including across the U.S., adhering to a global Chain of Command (CoC).

That includes thousands of members in hundreds of chapters. And we take great pride in our dedication to our families, our work, our communities, and our club.

We have a members 911 hardship fund, an In Memoriam 31* Chapter to help widows and families of fallen Brothers, an Armed Forces Chapter to unite our military Brothers during their global deployments, and we even have our own radio station ... Punishers Radio ... available worldwide via the internet!!

Chapter History

How Dragon's Back PLEMC Originated

Dragon's Back PLEMC is a motorcycle club that was established March 6th, 2021. It was founded by C-Town, Beowulf, Hammer and another member who wanted to create a chapter that was family-friendly and focused on integrity and honor. C-Town had previously been a member of a dissolved chapter in Bluefield WV called Black Gold, but decided to start a new chapter in Southwest Virginia. The founders were concerned about unnecessary conduct with in the chapter and wanted to create a club that they could share with their families. Dragon's Back PLEMC is committed to brotherhood, respect, and community involvement.

Does Dragons Back PLEMC have a 501c3?

Yes! The 501c3 was established in 06/10/2025. Their EIN # is 99-4442890. You can find a copy of the final letter in the link listed below.

Is Dragons Back a Christian organization?

Most if not all of the members within the chapter do have Christian beliefs. The Punisher L.E.M.C has a chaplain core within the nation. Dragons Back P.L.E.M.C has a chaplain within their chapter that is a Christian and believes in Jesus Christ. If you are looking to speak with the chapter chaplain, you can find contact information in the link below.

Do you have to have a motorcycle to be able to be apart of Dragons Back?

Yes! To be able to be a member a member you have to have or have access to a motorcycle of 500cc or larger.
